Biography
Emma Fletcher is an attorney whose practice consists of family law and estate planning.
In the family law arena, Emma has extensive experience both in and out of the courtroom. Emma is a collaboratively trained attorney who strives to achieve holistic settlements that allow her clients to move forward with their life in confidence. When amicable settlement is not possible, Emma is well equipped for litigation. Her tactful preparation and poise shine in the courtroom.
When estate planning, Emma works with her clients in thoughtful manner that results in a cohesive plan for her clients and their beneficiaries. Emma understands that both traditional and non-traditional family members, as well as friends, pets, and charities are often important parts of a client’s wishes. Clients can work with Emma to create or update planning documents including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, living wills, and guardianship appointments. With her experience in family law, Emma is especially well positioned to help clients update their estate plan following a divorce or legal separation.
