Emma Fletcher (Palley) is an attorney whose practice consists both of family law and estate planning.

Emma understands that both traditional and non-traditional family members, as well as friends, pets, and charities are often important parts of a client’s wishes. Clients can work with Emma to create or update planning documents incuding wills, trusts, powers of attorney, living wills, and guardianship appointments. With her experience in family law, Emma is especially well positioned to help clients update their estate plan following a divorce or legal separation.

Emma, a Denver native, received her B.A. from Dartmouth College in 2009 and her J.D. from the University of Denver in 2014. Prior to joining Harrington Brewster & Clein, Emma worked for 4 ½ years at a respected law firm in Greenwood Village, Colorado specializing in high asset and complex family law. She is a member of the Colorado Women’s Bar Association and the Family Law Section of the Colorado Bar Association. In 2018, Emma was awarded the Young Attorney Award by the Douglas/Elbert County Bar Association.
